Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Florida is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, and to assume shift management when needed.

Lead the store team in delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, supervise the showroom floor, and ensure orders, returns, invoicing, and transfers are processed promptly. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Invoice merchandise before it leaves the store, and manage related tasks.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to the posted work schedule and proper clock-in/out.
• Perform opening/closing duties, banking deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
