Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential for interactions with customers and team members.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred to drive customer service and sales initiatives.
• Understanding automotive systems and repair knowledge helps in assisting customers with parts choices.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy and inquiries are handled promptly.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff clock in/out according to policy and follow posted schedule.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure money/deposits, and manage security checks.
