Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store processes are timely.
• Manage retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform all store opening and closing duties.
