Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and implement service programs.
• Oversee phone etiquette and policy adherence.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and refunds with correct payment methods.
• Ensure invoicing of merchandise before it leaves the store.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to schedule.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
