Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants with sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role may take on shift management duties when supervisors are unavailable.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with Spanish language skills highly desired to better serve a diverse customer base. The position emphasizes strong teamwork, effective communication and commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to programs such as Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.
