Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, service, and operations. You will help supervise staff, manage daily duties, and ensure accurate invoicing, returns, and transfers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will join an environment focused on growth and teamwork. In this role you will also handle opening/closing tasks, security checks, and day-to-day customer interactions, contributing to a welcoming and efficient store

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and retail operations.
• Ability to supervise and lead team members.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly desired.
• Automotive systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Oversee showroom customer service levels and programs.
• Manage store operations, including opening/closing duties.
• Handle buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and security procedures.
• Cover shift management in absence of store/assistant manager.
