Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of supervisors, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, retail experience in auto parts, and relevant ASE/RSS certifications; knowledge of automotive systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders promptly.
• Handle returns, refunds, and merchandise invoicing according to policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure store security and scheduling adherence.
