Job summary
Electrolux Group North America is seeking a Service Technician Trainer to coordinate and deliver technical training for service personnel across Puerto Rico, Central America, and the Caribbean. This onsite role in Puerto Rico supports field technicians, develops training content, and drives improvements in service delivery.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess a relevant engineering degree or technical license, and have 7+ years of training experience with
Qualifications
- University degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of training experience with technical content development.
- Technical education license in Refrigeration/Electronics/Electromechanics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF and video editing, and training tech.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver technical training for service personnel in Spanish and English, onsite and virtually.
- Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and videos.
- Provide technical support for refrigeration, laundry, and food products.
- Analyze failure reports and support with corrections.
- Prepare training reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Maintain the training area, tools, and equipment.
- Support continuous improvement in service and training processes.
- Provide technical leadership to local and third‑party technicians in Puerto Rico.
- Conduct field testing for new products and prepare related reports.
