Job summary

BSH Home Appliances Corporation in the US seeks a Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver technical training programs across sites and customer locations. You will support daily operations, coordinate resources, and maintain training materials to improve service and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of training experience in an electromechanical environment, strong presentation and coaching skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree is required.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of previous training experience required.
• 5–7 years of training experience preferred.
• Comprehensive domestic appliance knowledge is expected.
• Electromechanical knowledge is essential.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technical Training manager with day-to-day running.
• Contribute to design and delivery of new training programs.
• Facilitates training at BSH sites and other locations
• Participates in development of training courses
• Prepares training materials for events
• Coordinates external trainers for specialist courses
• Maintains the technical training library
• All other duties as required
