Qualifications

• Five+ years of expert-level experience diagnosing and repairing 410A and R22 HVAC systems, electrical panels, and common appliances.
• Ability to train others in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance operations.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Teach hands-on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills in alignment with industry standards and safety requirements.
• Lead classroom, virtual, and on-site technical training sessions to improve diagnostic accuracy and repair efficiency.
• Deliver instruction in English and Spanish to ensure full team alignment.
• Translate complex manuals into clear SOPs and quick-reference checklists for make-ready and routine service requests.
• Develop training materials, modules, and exercises to support technician growth.
• Prepare technicians for EPA Universal and CAMT certifications and track progress.
