Twin Falls Cars is looking for a full-time Appointment Coordinator to join our Service BDC team. You will help guests schedule maintenance and repairs via phone, text, and online chat, in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for verbal and written communication.
• Experience in a Service BDC, call center, or guest service role is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional communicator who follows through.
• Comfortable using scripts and offering appointment options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and chats from service guests.
• Schedule service check-in times and reach out to guests due for maintenance.
• Explain recommended services, recalls, and timelines to guests.
• Gather guest and vehicle information and set accurate appointments.
• Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows or delays in service work.
• Log all communications in the CRM system.
• Assist Spanish-speaking guests with translations as needed.
