Job summary

ADP is seeking a Bilingual Senior Client Service Manager, Payroll, to lead a high‑performing Account Manager team. You will drive client outcomes through strategic collaboration with ADP Sales, HCM Services, and other units while maintaining executive‑level relationships and ensuring delivery of superior payroll solutions.

You will manage workflows, coach staff, and participate in forecasting to protect and grow the client book. Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client service experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• College degree preferred, not required.
• Experience with payroll domain a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of an Account Manager team, ensuring deadlines, quality, and goals.
• Develop client management strategies using data and client experience information.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive client outcomes and stabilize at‑risk accounts.
• Communicate with executive clients with strong presence and relationship management.
• Mentor team members, track performance, and coordinate training as needed.
• Participate in forecasting and oversight of the Book of Business.
