Job summary

Valet Living seeks a bilingual Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of 25–40 complex projects in the Denver area. You will manage schedules, budgets, safety, and client communications across multi-family workstreams.

The role requires five years of PM experience in construction/renovation, strong subcontractor management, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel ~90% to client sites; field-based with onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience managing high-volume (multi-site) complex construction, renovation, capital expenditure, or make-ready projects.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects—from initiation to closeout—with schedule, budget, and quality oversight.
• Manage a high-volume active portfolio (25–40 WIP projects) across recurring properties.
• Enforce safety programs and compliance with OSHA and related building codes.
• Coordinate subcontractor networks and ensure on-time performance and quality.
• Deliver regular status updates to clients and stakeholders.
