MultiPro Property Solutions in Phoenix is seeking a bilingual Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and closeout of complex, high-volume renovations and make-ready turnover for multi-family properties. You will manage 25–40 active projects, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and owners' representatives with a strong focus on safety, schedule, and quality.

This field-based role requires travel (about 90%), on-site presence, and proficiency with scheduling

Qualifications

• Five years of PM experience on high-volume multi-site projects.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from planning to closeout.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, WIP, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Experience with safety programs and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to closeout.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of 25–40 active projects or recurring turnovers.
• Enforce safety programs and compliance with OSHA and codes.
• Oversee budgets, WIP, forecasts, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors and resources across multiple trades.
• Communicate with clients, owners, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
