MultiPro Property Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex, high-volume projects in the multi-family sector. The role involves independently managing 25–40 active projects across recurring properties, with strict safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on high-volume, multi-site construction, renovation, or make-ready projects.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management preferred; HS diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects—from initiation to closeout using advanced tools to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
• Manage a high-volume active portfolio (25–40 WIP projects) or recurring contractual turnovers across properties with productivity targets.
• Enforce safety programs and ensure OSHA/EM 385-1-1 compliance; manage projects in multi-family, government, or secured environments.
• Oversee WIP budgets, forecasts, and progress payments; coordinate change orders and RFIs with stakeholders.
• Source, onboard, train, and manage subcontractors across multiple trades.
• Coordinate pre-construction activities, risk tracking, onsite inventory, and materials logistics.
• Serve as primary client contact; provide regular status updates and stakeholder meetings.
