Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a bilingual Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end complex renovation and make-ready initiatives in the multifamily sector, overseeing 25–40 active projects across recurring properties.

The role requires independent work with field-based site presence and up to 90% travel. You will manage budgets, schedules, safety compliance, and subcontractor networks while coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure top-tier results.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience on high-volume, multi-site construction or renovations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from planning to closeout.
• Knowledge of construction methods and trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Experience building subcontractor networks across multiple trades.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, scheduling software, and MS Office.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to closeout.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio across 25–40 active projects or recurring properties.
• Enforce safety programs and ensure OSHA/EM 385-1-1 compliance.
• Oversee WIP, budgets, forecasts, and change orders with stakeholders.
• Source and manage subcontractors across multiple trades.
• Coordinate pre-construction walks and onsite logistics.
