Job summary

Valet Living, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex projects in the multi-family sector. This field-based role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities and 25–40 active projects with heavy travel to client sites across the assigned market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience managing high-volume (multi-site) complex construction, renovation, capital expenditure, or make-ready projects.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through closeout.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, estimating, scheduling, and WIP management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to closeout with rigorous scope, schedule, budget, and quality controls.
• Manage a high-volume active portfolio (25–40 WIP projects) and recurring turnovers across properties.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EM 385-1-1, local/state/national codes).
• Oversee subcontractor networks, onsite logistics, and stakeholder communication.
