Job summary

Valet Living in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a bilingual Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex renovations and make-ready projects in the multi-family sector.

This field-based role manages 25–40 active projects across multiple properties, coordinating with owners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safety, schedule, and budget while delivering quality results. Expect 90% travel and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience managing high-volume (multi-site) complex construction, renovation, capital expenditure, or make-ready projects.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, concrete, and related disciplines.
• Experience building and managing subcontractor networks across multiple trades.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, estimating, scheduling, and WIP management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, project scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead the execution of complex projects—from initiation to closeout using advanced tools to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Portfolio & Scale Management: Manage a high-volume active portfolio (25-40 WIP projects) across recurring properties with productivity goals.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable codes.
• Financial & WIP Oversight: Manage WIP, budgets, forecasts, and progress payments; coordinate change orders and gross profit estimates.
• Subcontractor & Resource Management: Source and manage subcontractors across trades for reliable scheduling and performance.
• On-Site Execution & Logistics: Coordinate pre-construction walks, track risks, and oversee inventory and materials on site.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as main point of contact for clients, inspectors, and owners; provide regular status updates.
