MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Phoenix, AZ region to oversee end‑to‑end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex, high‑volume projects. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish and independent leadership across multiple sites and trades.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets, safety, and client communications, driving on‑time delivery with exemplary quality while managing WIP, subcontractors, and on‑site logistics in a field‑based

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of project management experience on high‑volume complex construction projects.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects from planning through closeout.
• Knowledge of construction methods and trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, concrete).
• Experience building and managing subcontractor networks across trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects from initiation to closeout.
• Manage a high‑volume portfolio (25‑40 WIP projects or recurring turnovers).
• Enforce safety programs and comply with OSHA and building codes.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and progress payments; coordinate change orders.
• Source, onboard, and supervise subcontractors across multiple trades.
• Coordinate pre‑construction activities and onsite logistics; manage inventory.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide regular status updates.
