MultiPro Property Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex multifamily projects. The role involves 25–40 active projects, on-site leadership, substantial travel, and strict regulatory compliance across federal and local codes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on high-volume (multi-site) complex projects.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, estimating, scheduling and WIP management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to closeout using advanced tools and methods.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio (25–40 WIP projects) and recurring turnovers across properties.
• Enforce safety programs and ensure OSHA/EM 385-1-1 compliance.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, progress payments, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors across multiple trades and sites.
• Maintain proactive stakeholder communication and client updates.
