MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of 25–40 active projects within the multi-family sector. You will manage complex renovations, capital expenditures, and make-ready programs with strict safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least five years of PM experience, strong scheduling, budgeting, and WIP oversight, and fluency in English and Spanish. Expect field-based work with high travel and daily on-site presence.

Formación

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience overseeing high-volume (multi-site) complex construction, renovation, or make-ready projects.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects from planning through closeout.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and WIP management.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Delivery: lead execution of complex projects from initiation to closeout using scheduling tools to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Portfolio & scale management: oversee 25–40 active WIP projects or recurring turnovers across properties.
• Safety & regulatory compliance: enforce safety programs and ensure OSHA/EM 385-1-1 compliance on diverse sites.
• Financial & WIP oversight: manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and pay applications.
• Subcontractor & resource management: source, onboard, and supervise subcontractors and vendors.
