Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Bilingual Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of complex multi-family renovations and capital expenditures. The role involves managing 25–40 active projects or recurrent contracts with strict regulatory requirements, and operating with a high degree of independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of project management experience on high-volume multi-site projects.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects from planning through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and trades.
• Experience building and managing subcontractor networks across multiple trades.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, estimating, scheduling, and WIP management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects—from initiation to closeout.
• Manage a high-volume active portfolio (25-40 WIP) across properties.
• Enforce safety programs and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EM 385-1-1, codes).
• Oversee budgets, WIP, forecasts, and payments; author change orders as needed.
• Source, onboard, and supervise subcontractors across trades.
• Coordinate pre-construction walks and on-site logistics; manage risk tracks.
