Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Security Supervisor to manage Security Officers and Lead Officers across client sites, ensuring post orders are followed and rounds completed. You will coach staff, review assignments, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and ensure post orders are followed.
• Document coaching and disciplinary actions for staff.
• Train officers and review post orders with team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and coordinate with management.
• Prepare and submit required reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
