Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee security officers at client sites, ensure post orders are followed, and maintain high standards of safety and service.

The role requires strong leadership, 2 years of security management experience, and the ability to coordinate with client representatives while managing daily site operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of security management experience; retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other staff at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel reporting as designated by management.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; coordinate with client representatives.
• Prepare, file and submit various reports; inspect posts and outline tasks with subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• As assigned, perform supervisory duties including interviewing, onboarding, and performance appraisal; assist in hiring decisions.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders.
