Our client is seeking a customer-centric sales supportto join their team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for both phone-in and walk-in customers. The ideal candidate isa relationship-builder who can pivot seamlessly between technical product education, order processing and proactive customer follow-up.

The preferred applicant is fluent in Spanish and English.

• salary: $23 - $25 per hour

• work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism, acting as a trusted advisor to help customers select the most appropriate products and services.
• Order Management: Accurately intake and process orders within the company's systems, ensuring a timely and seamless transaction from start to finish.
• Proactive Follow-up: Place follow-up calls on existing orders and previous inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and update contact activity within the database.
• Relationship Building: Establish trust with a diverse customer base by active listening, identifying specific needs, and providing expert product education.
• Cross-functional Support: Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned to support the efficiency of the office and sales team.
