Job summary

Commvault is seeking a SaaS Inside Sales Engineer fluent in English and Spanish to orchestrate pre-sales engagement with current and prospective clients. You will provide pre-sales technical support, deliver demonstrations, assist with licensing, and support remote POCs to accelerate deals.

You will collaborate with Inside Sales, partners, and product teams, build persuasive business cases, and continuously expand technical and market knowledge while contributing to RFP responses and marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Sales Engineering / Presales in SaaS, cloud, software or storage industry.
• Strong presenting skills and ability to support customers.
• Experience presenting, demonstrating, delivering PoCs to customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing environment with evolving priorities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support to sales and partner teams.
• Lead customer and partner conference calls and demonstrations.
• Design licensing assistance and remote POC support.
• Create and present business cases to sponsors (C-level, partners).
• Demonstrate Commvault SaaS products virtually using presentations and pilots.
• Develop and maintain technical and market expertise through training.
• Keep management informed via Salesforce documentation and reviews.
• Support RFP responses highlighting technical capabilities.
