Codeconnectinc is seeking a motivated Sales Representative fluent in English and Spanish to join our growing team. You will identify sales opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue by communicating with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities include outbound/inbound prospecting, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and using CRM tools to track activities. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and achievement of targets.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound sales activities.
