KnowBe4, a leader in cybersecurity training, is seeking a Sales Engineer for LATAM. You will bridge between prospects and our product, delivering demos in Spanish and answering technical questions.

This role partners with LATAM Account Executives across Latin America, leading POV engagements to help customers understand why our solution fits and to drive growth while expanding your expertise in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Native or full professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• 1+ years of presales experience (or equivalent combination of technical and sales experience).
• Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements across different time zones and take ownership of commitments.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with sales teammates and stakeholders.
• Growth orientation with willingness to learn new technologies and sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Product demonstrations in Spanish for regional stakeholders.
• Answer technical questions and address concerns during the deal cycle.
• Lead POV engagements with trials and measurable results.
• Participate in sales calls to identify technical pain points and gather information.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex scenarios appropriately.
• Support Account Executives by translating customer needs into product solutions.
• Engage in training to grow product and cybersecurity expertise.
