Job summary

Infomedia in Atlanta seeks a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and build a healthy pipeline in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

You will conduct high-volume outreach by phone and email, demonstrate products, and partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Marketing to move opportunities through Salesforce from qualification to close. A proven quota track record and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment with quota attainment.
• Proven ability to generate and qualify leads through high-volume outbound outreach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
• Bilingual capabilities preferred.
• Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to manage the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Grow annual revenue in the assigned territory or customer segment in line with targets.
• Deliver effective product demonstrations, prospect and develop new customers through high volume outbound calling, email and other outreach.
• Identify and qualify new customers and expansion opportunities into the sales pipeline.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads and assigned sales opportunities using Salesforce and other resources.
• Log and progress all qualified opportunities in Salesforce through all stages of the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to hand off opportunities.
