Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in Elk Grove Village, IL for a full-time hybrid role. Travel to in-person appointments with injured workers is required within the assigned geography. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to support diverse patients and providers.

Responsibilities include coordinating treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients, ensuring cost-effective care, and facilitating timely safe return to work. RN licensure mandatory; URAC CM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: RN with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Certifications: Active RN license; URAC-recognized case management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate treatments with treating physicians, employers, and patients.
• Assess recovery, modify plans, and support early safe return-to-work.
• Document progress, prepare status updates, and communicate with customers.
• Travel to in-person appointments within assigned geography and use available resources to tailor plans.
