Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in the Washington, DC area. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and regular local travel for in-person patient appointments.

You will work with physicians, employers, and patients to develop and implement cost-effective treatment plans that maximize recovery and safe return to work. The role offers comprehensive benefits, including vacation, sick days, equipment, travel reimbursement, and training.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation-related experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians/providers, employers, and customers; ability to work independently; basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Active RN license; URAC-recognized certifications (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN/COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).
• Travel: Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to in-person appointments.
• Internet: Must have reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using knowledge of injuries and job duties.
• Interview patients to assess recovery and occupational relevance.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on patient progress.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for clients and stakeholders.
