Job summary

Vanguard in Scottsdale is seeking a Retirement Plan Services Representative to support 401(k) plan participants. You will handle inbound calls and written inquiries, assist with account and plan information, and address regulatory and tax questions as part of a bilingual team.

This hybrid role requires English/Spanish proficiency, completion of SIE and FINRA 6/63 licenses, and offers robust training, competitive compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities. Start date February 16, 2027.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving others and willingness to learn about the financial services industry.
• Ability to complete the SIE exam and obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses within department guidelines.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support 401(k) plan participants with dynamic and complex service needs.
• Assist clients with account and plan information.
• Help address regulatory and tax-related questions.
• Complete financial and clerical transactions.
• Provide high-quality service through inbound phone calls and written communication.
