O'Reilly Auto Parts in Brewer, ME is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and daily operations.

You will lead the team to deliver outstanding service, supervise showroom activities, assist in recruiting, scheduling interviews, and ensure timely processing of orders, returns and transfers.

Qualificações

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed, especially during peak retail business hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback on goal achievement, coaching/mentoring team members, and ensuring training is up to date.
• Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with management to select qualified team members.
• Make sure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Utilize electronic outside purchase order ledger to ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently and according to procedure.
• Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently and refunds are issued using correct payment methods.
• Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedules and clocking in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, money handling, deposits, and security procedures.
• Assist in maintaining the store building, parking lot, exterior signage/lighting, computer hardware, in-store service/test equipment, and delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
