O’Reilly Auto Parts in Brewer, ME is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of supervisors and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

The position involves leading a team, ensuring top customer service, and handling showroom duties, pricing, returns, and store procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Desired: Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Desired: ASE Certification.
• Desired: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Mansioni

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders and contact customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and direct refunds using correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and proper clocking in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures including money handling and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
