O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, and operations. You will lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers and ensure proper staffing during peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and execute service programs.
• Work with store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in setting team goals, coaching, and training completion.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure phone calls follow company policy and orders are processed timely.
• Manage buy online/ship to store and transfers, notifying customers of shipments.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and proper handling of returns and exchanges.
