Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching, and training to meet goals.
• Participate in hiring processes, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure proper handling of buy online/ship to store orders, transfers, and DC add orders.
