Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and related programs.
• Ensure the sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours.
• Assist in setting team goals, coaching, and ensuring training completion.
• Assist in recruiting tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluation with management.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, returns, and invoicing are processed correctly.
