Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Help manage staffing to cover peak retail hours and support shift coverage.
• Assist in hiring by participating in interviews and onboarding qualified candidates.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and ensure security and accurate cash handling.
