Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Florida to support the Store Manager and Assistants with sales, service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of supervisors and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading a team in customer service, managing showroom programs, processing orders and transfers, handling returns and invoicing, and ensuring pricing and security procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Automotive systems knowledge helpful.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and programs.
• Handle incoming calls per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and DC add orders.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and proper invoicing.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and adherence to work schedule.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
