Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Supervisors in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations at our Florida location. The role may require shift management in the absence of leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to company policies for transactions, returns, and program execution.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and programs execution.
• Manage telephone operations and timely processing of buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and security procedures.
• Assume shift management in absence of Store Manager.
