Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations in Jacksonville, FL. The role may assume shift management duties in the absence of store leadership, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position focuses on leading the team in customer service and following store procedures to maintain a compliant, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills.
Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
Handle returns and refunds accurately and process or stage returned merchandise correctly.
Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store.
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
Oversee opening/closing duties and day end procedures, including money handling and security checks.
All other duties as assigned.
