Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include leading staff in customer service, managing showroom service levels, handling orders and transfers, and performing opening/closing duties with adherence to company policy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience is a plus, automotive knowledge is a plus, ASE certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure timely processing of orders and transfers.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, and secure money and deposits.
• All other duties as assigned.
