Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist who will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role will also assume shift management when managers are away.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include leading store team members to deliver excellent customer service, supervising service programs, handling transfers and orders, and ensuring accurate invoicing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure compliance with service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases in a timely manner.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and invoicing before product leaves the store.

Retail sales experience

Automotive systems knowledge
