Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail or automotive parts knowledge a plus.
• Bilingual abilities encouraged (Spanish helpful).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Complete store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders promptly and inform customers on shipments.
