Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Oversee store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, including banking and security tasks.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed timely and communicated to customers.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and invoicing per company procedures.
• Monitor staff adherence to schedules and clock-in/out policies.
