Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom including programs such as Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Manage buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Process special orders and outside purchases efficiently using electronic outside purchase order ledger.
• Handle retail returns and exchanges; issue refunds correctly and stage returned merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and assign Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule; approve deviations; clock in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, secure money/deposits, prepare bank deposits, secure building and delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
