Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations. This role will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and execute programs.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure and ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Invoice all merchandise before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and assign merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clock in/out per policy and follow schedule.
