Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Mission, TX seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of the Store Manager; bilingual candidates encouraged.

You will lead store team members in delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, supervise service levels, and ensure timely processing of orders and transfers while maintaining accurate invoicing

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Ability to obtain RSS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to programs.
• Ensure phone calls are answered per policy and orders are processed timely.
• Handle buy online/ship to store and store transfers; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate tasks to the team.
• Perform opening/closing duties, manage money and deposits, and secure the building.
• All other duties as assigned.
