Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may include shift management in absence of managers and encourages bilingual applicants.

The position emphasizes leading by example, handling telephone communications, processing special orders, returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and timely transfers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, ideally in auto parts.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair beneficial.
• ASE Certification desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in showroom and implement service programs.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
