Qualifications

• Required: Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom, ensuring program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers promptly; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Invoicing of merchandise before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages; delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Verify schedules, approve deviations, and ensure proper clock-in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, including security.
